Solace provides structured outpatient services designed to serve as a diversion alternative when inpatient psychiatric hospitalization is not medically necessary.

We collaborate with hospitals, emergency departments, managed care organizations, and justice partners to ensure continuity of care and appropriate level-of-care transitions.

Diversion Support

We:

• Accept step-down referrals following psychiatric hospitalization
• Provide structured outpatient alternatives when clinically appropriate
• Support individuals at risk of psychiatric decompensation
• Reduce repeat emergency department utilization
• Decrease justice-system recidivism related to untreated behavioral health conditions

All services are delivered based on clinical assessment, medical necessity, and ongoing level-of-care evaluation.
